Steps to Register
2025 Conference June 28- July 3, 2025

Registration is now open!

The registration process involves 3 distinct pieces:

REGISTER -- RECOMMENDATION--PAYMENT

 

REGISTER

1. Fill out the                                                        .  Once complete, you will receive an email with links for the next steps.  At this point your space is secured and you do not have to worry, but you still must complete the remaining steps to finalize your registration.  Steps 2 & 3 can be completed concurrently.

​RECOMMENDATION

2. In order to complete your registration you must provide a recommendation reference from a leader from your church (a pastor, youth leader, member of the session, etc.).  Gather the contact information of the individual you would desire to complete this form and have it ready.  We will have you share that information with us and then we will reach out to the individual with a link to provide their recommendation.  Once completed, both you and the individual will receive confirmation.

 

PAYMENT

3. Provide payment (either individually or through your church) to finalize your registration.  If you are planning to pay on your own, you will be given instructions on how to send in your check for payment.  If your church is involved in your payment, we will ask that the church provide one check for the total payment for all those attending.
