is in his 15th year of helping plan YXL Northeast and his 7th as our director. You can often find him leading many of our initiative and team-building activities.  He has a heart for challenging Christian students to step up and lead and think about their faith and what that means for their lives. He likes to see students get frustrated because it creates teachable moments and opportunities to grow in leadership. Joe is married to his wife, Nicole and they have five daughters: Savannah, Ali, Skylar, Emmi & Maddie.
Drew Lattner
is in his 2nd year on the planning team. He is originally from Alabama and attended Covenant College where he met his wife. They were married in 2022 in St. Louis where they lived for 2 years. Drew graduated with a M.Div. from Covenant Seminary in 2023, and Brittany graduated in 2024 with a Master’s in Ministry. Drew has been in ministry for over a decade. When not reading books, he enjoys disc golf, board games, and any activity outdoors.

Jeremiah Lin
has the distinction of being the first student to sign up for YXL Northeast in 2010. Since his first conference, he's attended YXL both as a student (where he also met his wife, Lydia), and as YXL's worship leader for several years. Jeremiah and Lydia have four daughters, Eliana, Susanna, Aurora, and Kiara. He currently works as a transmission integrity engineer at South Jersey Gas. Jeremiah is a multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, and enjoys sharing his love for music and worship with other people. In his free time, he enjoys running, driving, spending time with family, and catching up with the latest in NASCAR. He has a desire to see people of all ages learn to worship God with excellence and serve God and others to the best of their abilities.

Deb Felak
is in her 16th year as our Registrar at YXL Northeast. Deb has an AMAZING husband, Chuck, five children, three sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren she adores.  Deb does a little bit of everything for YXL from registering, to hospital runs, to keeping in contact with speakers and churches, and keeping the rest of the planning team in line (that's a full-time job)!  We are blessed to have Deb helping us with YXL.

Kayla Irvin
is a YXL alumnus and enjoys serving on the YXL planning team. She is an 8th grade English teacher in Lancaster PA and serves alongside her husband, Titus, at Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church in Quarryville. Kayla enjoys crocheting, gaming, mini golfing, exploring the great outdoors, and playing her violin.

Titus Irvin
is a YXL alumnus who is excited to lead as both a musician and mentor. He works at a music theatre as an audio engineer, and serves with his wife Kayla at Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church in Quarryville. In his normal habitat, you may find him playing chess, writing metal music, drinking tea, lifting at the gym, rock climbing, or playing with their pets.
